Sympathy
A colleague's home or office after a death. Not the temple wreath.
- Most people spend
- ฿800 – ฿1,500
- When to order
- Order by 1:00 PM, same day
- Usually the bouquet
- ฿600 – ฿950 — 12 – 18 stems, three kinds plus foliage, ~35 cm across. The normal answer to most days.
Never send
Red — and anything large, to a private home.
- Red is wrong here and there is no version of it that is not.
- A large showy arrangement arrives at a house while the family is dealing with everything else, and there is nowhere to put it. White, cream, pale green, small.
What we would tell you in the shop
Carnations are correct here and are not a lesser flower. Some markets treat them as cheap. They last ten days, which is exactly the point in a week when nobody is changing the water.
A wreath goes to the temple and is seen by everyone. A bouquet goes to the family and is seen by them. They are different acts and it is worth being sure which one you mean.
The card
Yes. If you are stuck, we will send you three lines to choose from. Most people are stuck.
Free, always, with any order. Thai, English or Chinese. Say which when you order. If you do not know what to write, say so. We will send three lines for the occasion and you pick one or change it. Most people do this and it is not unusual.
If it has only just happened
There is a shorter page for that — three facts and a telephone number, and no browsing.

The bands in full
| Band | Price | What you get | Reads as |
|---|---|---|---|
| Posy | ฿350 – ฿550 | 5 – 9 stems, one or two kinds ~25 cm across | A kind thought. Fits one hand. |
| Bouquet | ฿600 – ฿950 | 12 – 18 stems, three kinds plus foliage ~35 cm across | The normal answer to most days. |
| Large bouquet | ฿1,000 – ฿1,600 | 25 – 35 stems ~45 cm across | Needs two hands, and a flat surface at the other end. |
| Arrangement or stand | ฿1,800 – ฿3,200 | In a vase, a basket, or on a stand 60 – 90 cm tall | A room, not a person. |
| By consultation | Above ฿3,200 | Whatever it turns out to need — | We ask what it is for before we quote. |
A bigger band is not a better bouquet. Above a large bouquet, most of what you are paying for is size — and size is a problem for anyone who has to carry it, find a vase for it, or fit it on a hospital bedside table. If a smaller one is right, we will say so.
